Evolving.
Okay, this is JU specific. These are the people on JU that I'm thankful for--and they're off the top of my head, for the most part, which means I'm likely to leave people out. Don't be offfended--I have a terrible memory. Also I think I have all these genders straight, and if I don't, I'm terribly, horribly, no-good, very badly embarrassed about it.

*ahem*

I'm thankful for...

BlueDev, 'cause he's a medical student and a helluva funny guy, even if he is a bit of a points cow. I like that he is going into a profession where there's the potential for great benefit and great loss, and I admire him for being able to take that challenge.

Chiprj, 'cause he's hella funny and has cute dogs (and, from what I've recently read, a saucy sofa).

Historyishere, 'cause he knows what Homestarrunner is and 'cause he's a fellow writer. I'm aspiring, but he's there, quality-wise.

Muggaz, 'cause he's a hottie in those aviator glasses and a tux. And he was one of the first to befriend me when I arrived at JU.

Ravenblack, because she's insightful and intelligent and a tiny bit quirky and hates Mondays even more than I do.

Shadesofgrey, 'cause we have stuff in common. She's also a bit of an idealist, but a very practical one, and I admire that.

Citahellion, because he's a grammar god and I prostrate myself at his feet hoping to learn everything he knows about the written word. (And I still haven't figured out everything about the subjunctive.)

Sugar High Elf, because she (she?) is a Harry Potter genius.

Texas Wahine, because, well, just because.

Danny Bassette, because he's funny. Even though his heart is broken.

KarmaGirl, because I was recently reading some of my older blogs and came across some insightful comments from her.

Dan Kaschel, because he's the most intelligent person I've run into. He restored my faith in students after a quarter of teaching that made me want to tear my hair out.

Little Whip, because she has a heart for animals, as do I.

Gideon MacLeish, because he and I were searching for jobs at the same time. Only he had the guts to move, and we didn't.

Imajinit, because he was one of the first people to encourage me when I arrived at JU. And because he continues to entertain and enlighten.

WiseFawn (even though she's gone) because I admired her never-ending idealism. Mine often slips into cynicism.

Dharma, because she's got a lot of common sense, and that's invaluable. Also because she doesn't let people take her down. And I envy that ability.

Feel free to add some of your own; if not, just go to someone's blog and tell them you appreciate them. That way they get the points, not me.

I am so sick of people liking me just for my good looks... it seems like such a waste of my splendid personality you know!!!

Thanks A

Aw, Mugz, how superficial of me. Okay, okay, fine. I like your personality.

(Heh, actually, I really do.)

>> Anyway, I have it on DivX if you want....

It's ok. I'm a bit a lazy and don't intend to spend time downloading it. (not very keen on watching it on the pc either...) Thanks for the offer. I could always ask someone to look out for it when they are overseas.
